Pork is one of my favorites protein, that is one of the reasons why I am going to share this delicious recipe that I know you will like as much as I do, it is easy to prepare besides nutritious.


High-quality protein is the main nutritional component of pork, making it useful for muscle growth and maintenance. The fat content of pork varies. It’s mainly made up of saturated and monounsaturated fats. Pork is an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals, including thiamine, zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, niacin, phosphorus, and iron.


Remember that the portion counts!





  • Marinated Applewood Smoked Bacon Pork Loin Filet
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1-2 Apples sliced



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cut open and remove your Fresh Pork from package. Place in the center of your glass baking dish.

  3. Mix parmesan cheese, chopped garlic, balsamic vinegar. 

  4. Salt & Pepper.

  5. Top with sliced apples.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.


You can serve with Brussels Sprouts or zucchini.
