More Smoothies recipes! Green smoothie with strawberries, it’s a great way to get some health into your body. Healthy ingredients can make you feel full enough for breakfast or in the afternoon.
This is the only green shake you are going to need!

INGREDIENTS
Recipe
- Lettuce
- Red chard
- Greek Yogurt Plane
- Coconut water
- Strawberries
- Walnuts (Optional)
- Ginger (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
I will start with a leafy green like Lettuce and Red chard.
I will use coconut water and greek yogurt these two will give it more of a milkshake/smoothie consistency.
The frozen strawberries will add the flavor of the leafy green and smooth and creamy texture. The walnuts and ginger are optional.
You can add seeds, protein powders, oils or spices also.
